Hello I installed RS Linx onto my laptop, but when I tried to open it, I would get a error message stating "RSLinx failed to open document" or it would not work at all.
Here was the fix after I reloaded it:
For Win2k or WinXP,
goto "start menu",
click "run",
type in 'services.msc'
see if the Harmony Service is installed and started.
