The consultant will be handling the automation work for a new plant in Frederick. Extensive pharmaceutical experience is necessary for this job. Experience w/ Allen Bradley PLCs & SCADA are a MUST. Pharmaceutical Exp a MUST Some validation engineering a STRONG PLUS Allen Bradley PLC w/ SCADA exp a MUST RS View, RS Logix & RS Linx a MUST

Metrology/ Calibration Engineer
Minneapolis MN (Maple Grove)
Support Metrology functions in a high volume Mfg environment
design, development, and maintenance of measurement systems, procedures, verification of specs
Develop, update and identify gaps in calibration procedures
must have thorough knowledge of documentary standards, measurement traceability, and calibration practices to GMP, FDA, and ISO requirements. Military PMEL training preferred or two year technical degree and Certified Calibration Technician certification. FDA regulated - Medical Device experience is preferred
Calibration experience in Med Device or possibly Nuclear ability to identify gaps in procedures and provide solutions familiarity with six sigma concepts
