Does anyone have a good Health Insurance company they have used they would recommend? I am concerned with a Provider that does not look at the fine print to find an excuse to deny claims.

My thoughts were to find a legitimate Provider to cover Major Medical versus coverage with low deductibles for doctor visits. In other words, I am not looking for doctor visit coverage, but primarily for Major illnesses.

I have an individual preferred provider high deductible plan from Highmark blue cross blue shield. I pay $65 a month and my deductible is I think $1200, If I have a major accident I think it's like $2200. www.highmarkbcbs.com keep in mind I am 29 and in pretty good shape (I think) so others might be different. Even different states have different rates.

Something that helps me is when I go to the DRs I tell them I am unemployed (If I am or I am seeing a layoff in the near future) and I am paying cash, sometimes I get hooked up with fre stuff. When I use to work for a City Government the dang DRs would point and experiment on me so much it was crazy. Now that my insurance is not as good they just get me in and out fast as possible.

Hope this helps.
